The 31Heroes WOD was specifically designed to remember the fallen heroes of August 6, 2011 and honor their legacy of sacrifice. Learn more here.

The 31Heroes WOD will take place simultaneously across the globe, in your local gym or a location of your choosing, on August 3rd, 2024. If August 3rd does not work with your programming, don’t let that stop you from completing the 31Heroes WOD on a different day of your choice.

If you don't want to fundraise, you are able to donate directly to the 31Heroes campaign.

SHIRTS

Your Limited Edition 31Heroes shirt will be mailed to you with the address and size you give at checkout.

Shirts for the event are mailed on three (3) separate dates as outlined below and depend on when you sign-up. If your $31 is received after one of the outlined dates, your shirt will be shipped on the next date:

Thursday July 18 by 5PM (sign-up with at least $31 by July 18 to receive before the WOD)
Monday, August 5
Saturday, August 31

*All orders are sent to the printer right after the dates. Please allow time for screenprinting and shipping.

Like the warriors of our armed services, this WOD is about working together, sacrificing yourself for your teammate, and accomplishing the mission together. Partner 1 performs the workout listed above. Partner 2 runs 400m with a sandbag (45/25). When Partner 2 returns from the run, Partner 1 will grab the sandbag, and begin their 400m run, while Partner 2 continues the workout where Partner 1 left off.
