Roundup River Ranch....
Just saying the name creates a feeling of warmth, gratitude, and happiness.
Driving around the bend following the river nestled in the mountains, seeing the roof with 3 R’s brings an instant smile. Through the gates and the fun begins. Tutu clad smiling, joyful, loved faces ready to welcome our child for life-changing days unlike any other they will ever experience again. All with a full medical staff. That’s camp. Meds and central lines, Artificial nutrition, feeding tubes and IV fluids, formula, and wheelchairs. It’s all normal at camp, but it’s all handled….at camp. No parents allowed. All joy. All fun. All the time. The most life-changing week of Tatum’s life. After 9 years of battling life-threatening illnesses, including a bone marrow transplant and continued progression of the disease, it’s the only time Tatum’s “normal” feels normal.
It's free to all the kids who attend and an opportunity every seriously and chronically ill child absolutely should have a prescription for. The more people who donate, the more kids can benefit!
