Bringing a bag of food is a great way to introduce ourselves to a new family. It provides much needed nutritional support for up to two weeks and gives us the opportunity to get to know them better!
Lunch for 1 Child $2
With just $2 you can provide a nutritionally complete lunch for a child! Proper nutrition aids school performance.
School Supplies for 1 Child $20
Since the beginning of the pandemic, the schools in Guatemala have been operating remotely. This puts the burden on the children to provide their own supplies and complete their school work without the support of a teacher. Your donation will support them in their education by providing personalized tutoring and supplies!
Art Supplies for 1 Child $20
We hope to cultivate creativity and give each child a chance to express themselves through art. Your donation will provide supplies and personalized art classes to each child, helping them learn new techniques and try out new materials! Each year we host an art gallery with the work the children have made.
Scholarship for 1 Child for 1 Year $1,000
Most children in Guatemala stop studying after they finish middle school. Some children are needed to work and help provide for the family, and others cannot afford the supplies or uniforms to continue in school. For $1000 a year, you can support a child as they finish their high school degree, something that will provide them with many more opportunities in the future!
About the Campaign
We believe educational opportunities are key in developing a healthy, self-sustaining community and that providing supplementary nutritional support is a critical part of reaching more of our community and sharing Christ's love with them. Your donations to this campaign will help us continue our Education and Nutrition programs in the communities of San Lorenzo, San Juan Comalapa and San Juan de Palima.
