The Giving On Point campaign is an integral part of our sustainable growth plan that has been outlined in our five-year strategic plan. Our upward trajectory requires resource growth to broaden our service capacity while also maintaining a superior level of programming that our students and families have come to expect. This campaign will ensure we’re able to double the amount of students served in our community.
Through this campaign, you will be supporting our ongoing expansions efforts in North Charleston. With our secondary site, we're hoping to serve 50 additional students, while we continue serving 100 students at our home base at the College of Charleston.
Additionally, your support of this campaign will ensure we remove the barriers to entry, for our students by proving safe & reliable transportation.
Provides teacher support, incentives and surcees for the heart and soul of our program - our teachers!
Provides one class the chance to visit one locally relevant establishment like the Hunley or the SS Yorktown to incorporate our local history into learning.
Gives students opportunities well outside their comfort zone to explore places, thoughts and concepts that can open their mind and their potential.
Our undergraduates at CofC work daily with our students on academics, life skills and create meaningful mentorship whether it's through work-study, internships or volunteering.
Our students can earn the opportunity to travel across the country, competing in SEA sanctioned squash tournaments. Flying on an airplane and experiencing a new city for the first time has a profound impact on our students.
