About the Campaign


The School Nutrition Foundation's (SNF) purpose is to support the incredible work done by 50,000 members of the School Nutrition Association (SNA) who are committed to feeding 30 million kids every day! 

Now imagine those 30 million kids, they're surrounded by a community of teachers, parents, friends, and neighbors who can get involved and give back to support education and professional development resources needed by the school nutrition community.

Your gift helps school nutrition professionals grow in their careers while making a difference in the lives of America's students. 

Making sure students get the nutrition they need to improve diets, overall health, and academic achievement is a huge responsibility. Like teachers, school nutrition professionals earn certifications, take continuing education courses, attend conferences, and pursue degrees not only for career advancements, but to strengthen and advance school meal programs. The problem, is that the cost of education is sometimes out of reach. You can make a difference. 

Your gift to SNF's #GivingTuesday campaign will go right back to supporting school nutrition professionals through scholarships to attend SNA's national conferences, professional development scholarships to pursue higher education and certifications, much-needed equipment grants, and research funding to strengthen programs.
