POLAR PLUNGE:

10am - Plunge Check-In Opens & Pre-Plunge Party

Turn in cash & check donations, get your incentives, prepare to plunge!

12pm - Plunge into harbor

Plungers will walk out onto the docks and plunge into a boat slip in the harbor. 

Dive Team will be there to assist you out of the water.  

All spectators should remain on the 4th Floor Patio or the identified spectator viewing area to watch the plunge.

After - After-Splash Bash & Awards

FROZEN 5k

10am - Frozen 5k check-in in the Visions Banquet Center Lobby.

10:30am - Frozen 5k charity walk.  

Frozen 5k Participants can either participate in the charity walk as a group, or run at their own pace (not monitored).  

• FROZEN 5K DETAILS:
• The Frozen 5k charity walk will start & end at the Visions Banquet Center. 
• All participants can turn in additional funds raised and collect any incentives earned at the END of the walk, from the 4th Floor Banquet Center.  
• All participants will be eligible for the same incentive prizes as the Polar Plungers.
• All participants are encouraged to stay and cheer for the Plunge participants, and are welcome to enjoy the pre-splash and after-splash festivities.

Lunch is included for all plungers & 5k participants who raise $100+.

Drinks (& Lunch for spectators) available for purchase on-site.
