Registration for the 2025 Special Olympics Nevada Vegas Plunge is now open!
Dive in with your friends, teammates, coworkers, or family to support Special Olympics Nevada and our mission of inclusion. Whether you’re ready to jump, cheer from the sidelines, or just enjoy the festivities, there’s something for everyone!

Special Olympics Nevada is creating inclusive opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities in the areas of Sports, Health, Education, and Leadership Development.

Plunger
FreeThe Plunge is not a swim: It's a party and you're invited to be a part of the coolest event of the year! Plungers can jump into the warm waters of Cowabunga Bay or stay completely dry and still enjoy the experience. Every Plunger must raise a minimum of $125 and will receive a Vegas Plunge T-shirt, lunch and entry into the water park all day. Additional fundraising is encouraged, and incentives can be earned.
Guest Ticket
$50.00Not a plunger but want to join the fun! Join us and cheer on the brave plungers as a guest for $50 donation fee. With your guest registration you will receive entry into the water park for the day, entry to the Vegas Plunge and a lunch ticket.
Chicken

Slide 1k Racer
$45.00Make a splash this water park season and support SONV by participating in the first-ever SLIDE 1k. Participants can put their summer to work at both Cowabunga Water Park locations by completing a 1k distance on various water slides. Participants will receive a map with slide distances and combination recommendations, a discount code to purchase Cowabunga Season passes, and a finished medal upon completion.
Slide 2k Racer
$60.00Make a splash this water park season and support SONV by participating in the first-ever SLIDE 2k. Participants can put their summer to work at both Cowabunga Water Park locations by completing a 2k distance on various water slides. Participants will receive a map with slide distances and combination recommendations, a discount code to purchase Cowabunga Season passes, and a finished medal upon completion. 2k participants get entered into a super fun raffle to happen at the Plunge!
Heads and Tales (Must be present to win)
$15.00All the excitement of a live auction with a Vegas Plunge twist! Be part of a fun new game for the chance to win one of two mini iPads. How does it work? Participants select either “heads” or “tails” by putting their hands on their heads — or their tails! Our Emcee and athlete will flip a coin and announces whether the coin came up heads or tails. Those participants whose choice matches the coin flip get to stay standing — everyone else sits down. Coin tosses, until only one player is left standing
