About Education in Cambodia

Students in Cambodia go to school for half of the day. Every year, they take a year end exam, if they do not pass, they will repeat the grade level. Supplementary classes are needed to get the information needed to pass, but they cost money. Students living in poverty are at high risk for dropping out and having to work, sometimes moving to Thailand and risk human trafficking.
