Provide critical support for our evolving mobile meals program, Beyond the Table. We are working with other organizations and nonprofits to identify communities who need their meals delivered to them!
Shepherd's Table has been serving our community for 42 years; as we enter 2025, we are working towards building a bigger table. We want to become more than a soup kitchen and fight food insecurity in partnership with other DMV area organizations and programs. Along with daily meals at Progress Place, we provide clients with clothing, medical resources, housing referrals, transportation, and more. To aid our clients on a path to self-sufficiency, we are also introducing a new training program in culinary skills and expanding to a second kitchen space.
Our mission is to feed and nurture our community, spread hope, and walk alongside our neighbors who might need us the most. We created this campaign for everyone to contribute at various impact levels. Be sure to review how you can impact, and please share this page with your family and friends.
