Nutrition is Life $2,500
Eight out of 10 people with cancer face malnutrition, putting their treatment and life at risk. Your gift will fund free nutritional counseling and expanded programs in low-income communities that lack access to these fundamental resources. Your support will ensure that our Certified Oncology Registered Dietitian can deliver help and hope to cancer patients so they can eat well and stay in treatment.
Enhancing Mental and Physical Wellbeing $1,000
A gift of $50 will provide 10 adults affected by cancer with a mind and body wellness class including yoga or wellness workouts, in hopes to reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and improve physical strength. Your support will also help ensure that when we get the call, Crossroads4Hope can respond so that no one faces cancer alone.
Facing Cancer Together $500
Individual counseling, group support, and cancer resource navigation- it's the cornerstone of all we do at Crossroads4Hope. Your donation will help fund a safe space for cancer patients and their loved ones to share their experiences, connect with others, and find hope and meaning throughout their journey.
Support4Families $500
Raising children is hard- raising children when you are in the midst of a cancer diagnosis is even harder. Your donation supports the work of our Child Life Specialists who help children cope with the emotional challenges of their own or a parent's cancer diagnosis, giving them lifelong skills and understanding to transform crisis into hope.
Everyone Deserves a Champion $250
Your gift will help train 50 Health Champions- trusted members of communities who are the "go to" people when someone learns they have cancer. Because no one is prepared to face cancer, we need Champions who know what to do and how to connect people in a timely way to Crossroads4Hope. By training 50 people, we can reach nearly 9,000 people, ensuring access to our network of support, and providing information and resources that are fundamental to any cancer journey but often not accessible, especially in low-income communities. Everyone deserves a Health Champion in their corner, your gift can help make that possible.
Hope When It's Needed Most $100
A gift of $100 will allow new members to enroll in MyGo2Support; Crossroads4Hope’s 24/7 direct-to-mobile personalized support program. This program transforms the cancer experience by identifying and intervening in real-time with individuals experiencing distress before it negatively impacts the patient. Your support will create a lifeline between patients and Crossroads4Hope, so we can provide hope and help when and where it's needed most.
