Deaf Counseling, Advocacy & Referral Agency is a nonprofit community-based social service agency serving the Deaf, DeafBlind, Hard of Hearing, and Late-Deafened community.  As one of the first Deaf-run agencies in the country, DCARA provides a comprehensive range of services to the Deaf* community in the Bay Area and Northern Coast.
