Celebrate your bar or bat mitzvah by providing life-saving heart surgery to children in need around the world.

Save a Child's Heart (SACH) is Israel’s largest humanitarian organization, with a global mission to provide life-saving cardiac care to children of all backgrounds, who suffer from congenital and acquired heart defects and have no access to quality care in their native countries.

For your Mitzvah Project, select a fundraising and awareness project that utilizes your unique talents to help children suffering from life-threatening heart disease receive treatment in Israel.

Make Playtime Possible $1,800

Help us fill the Children's Home with toys and make a difference in the lives of children undergoing heart surgery. Play allows children to express themselves in a way that is familiar to them. Medical play allows children to work out (or "play" out) their feelings or anxieties regarding medical experiences. Help support playtime at the children’s home by providing toys and activities for children pre- and post-operation.

Support a Cardiology Clinic $5,000

Support Israel's furthest reaching humanitarian organization by sending a cardiology clinic abraod. During a cardiology clinic, a team comprised of our pediatric cardiologists and technicians, staff and volunteers, travel to a partner site, where they typically screen 300 children pre- and post- surgery. Help children from all over the country to meet our doctors to get a chance at life.

Save a Child's Heart $15,000

To save a life is to save the world. Provide lifesaving cardiac surgery for children from developing countries at the Wolfson Medical Center in Holon, Israel. Cover all costs associated with hospitalization, medical needs, childlife therapy, administration, travel, room, and board.
