Queta Rodriguez - FourBlock Regional Director

"Our nation’s veterans have so much to offer our civilian sector and being able to help bridge their military service to civilian careers helps not just veterans and their families, but [also] contributes to our companies and organizations in a meaningful way. Ellis Craig - FourBlock Career Readiness Coach, Washington, D.C.

"My experience as a Career Coach has been truly rewarding. This volunteer work gives me a chance to meet the courageous men and women who protect our nation and to play an integral role in their hunt for career opportunities."

Sarah A. Plaut - FourBlock Grant Writer, Strategic Communications

"I share a passion for serving our Veteran community and want to help our service members transition into meaningful careers. When my own husband transitioned from Active Duty to Reserve status after 14.5 years of Active service, it was difficult. We learned a lot about the process during that time that we weren’t prepared for. I place a great deal of value on FourBlock’s programs and the mission to better prepare our service members for the next stage of their professional life."

Javier Chen - FourBlock Alumni (San Francisco, Fall 2016)

The U.S. Navy veteran says his time with FourBlock taught him to effectively tell both his personal and professional stories, tailor his resume, and improve his networking skills—three crucial factors for post-military success.
