At Children’s Place International, we work in coalition with communities around the world to ensure that children living in poverty can grow up healthy and hopeful.

Our Child Thrive initiative provides thousands of kids with access to healthcare, a secure home life, and opportunities to learn & grow. Our mission is to create a world where every child can thrive - regardless of their circumstances.

But our work is far from over.

This year, we are expanding our programs, reaching more communities, and providing essential resources to children and families in need. From educational scholarships to mental health services to nutritious food, we've been there every step of the way, ensuring that each child has the services and resources to succeed.

Now, we need your help to continue this vital work into the new year! Your generous donation during our Place the Hope campaign will directly impact the lives of vulnerable children by funding essential programs that promote health, education, and lifelong well-being.

Our Place the Hope campaign is also making a special effort to support kids living with sickle cell disease, a debilitating genetic blood disorder, in Kenya. Without treatment, 50 – 90% of kids with SCD will die before their 5^th birthday.

The Place the Hope campaign kicks off with a  virtual celebration on Friday, September 13th from 12 - 1 PM central on Zoom among the supporters, volunteers, community-based partners, and staff who advance this lifesaving work. The kickoff event will feature a panel of incredible East African leaders who are advancing care for kids living with sickle cell disease in their home countries. All are invited to attend.

You can support kids in our Child Thrive programs during Place the Hope by making a personal contribution, starting your own mini fundraiser through this page, and/or spreading the word to other potential supporters and volunteers. The campaign will go until the end of the calendar year.
