We are heartbroken, Cal's dad and the foundation's co-founder, Pat Carr, succumbed to multiple myeloma on April 16th.
He was surrounded by friends and loved ones, including his cherished children: Camille (age 20), PJ (age 16) and Cal (age 10). He was a champion for children and worked tirelessly to see a cure for MLD and related disorders.
In lieu of flowers, please make a gift in honor of Pat to support families and children impacted by leukodystrophy.

Travel Grant Program $25
$25 per month will fund a travel grant for a family to see a specialist in the US or abroad.
Care Package Program $50
$50 per month for one year could provide care packages to five families facing an MLD diagnosis.
