No one should have to raise a child alone, and Seneca’s foster parents are no exception. Your donation helps us support our foster families from day one with our intensive, nationally recognized training curriculum and thorough assessment and approval process. During the entire duration of a youth's foster care placement, Seneca is there to support them and their foster families every step of the way.
Our donors allow us to make this support as robust and versatile as these children and families deserve, allowing them access to experiences like extracurricular activities, academic tutoring, college tours, and travel to visit extended relatives. Parents are supported to take needed respite to sustain them in their parenting journey and Seneca is able to develop innovative models of care in which our highest needs youth can be successful in family homes rather than being institutionalized.
