Join us at the Williamsburg Lodge by purchasing a table or attend virtually by hosting a watch party from home. Either way you choose, you won't want to miss this amazing evening as we unveil the 16th Annual A Calendar to Live By and culminate our 15th Anniversary celebration!

TICKET INFO

We invite you to join us for our annual Pink Carpet Gala! We are asking all guests to confirm their table with each ticket purchase. Tables cannot be a mix of VIP Admission and General Admission. Please contact us at gala@hereforthegirls.org with any questions or to inquire about joining an existing table. Space is limited and you are encouraged to purchase your table to the Gala early. The last day to purchase a table to the Gala will be Wednesday, September 21st at 12:00 pm unless otherwise sold out. 


VIRTUAL GALA INFO

The Gala program will be live streamed and virtual participants will have the option to participate in the silent auction and raffle.


You can watch at home in your jammies or host a virtual gala house party and watch together!


HOW TO ATTEND VIRTUALLY


Nominate or select the official virtual party host!


The virtual party host will visit hereforthegirls.org/gala and click the register button


They will select the option to ‘create a team’


They will select a team name and work to fundraise a minimum of $500!  There are fundraising incentives including sponsor recognition at the Gala!


Once the team info is set, the virtual party host will select the ‘Virtual - Party Host Ticket’


Complete the registration process and team page setup


Customize your virtual fundraising page (i.e., talk about why the cause matters to you, add pictures or virtual party info)


Once your fundraising page is ready, send the link to your family and friends asking them to support your fundraising efforts for Here for the Girls!


They can make donations in any amount tp help you reach a minimum goal of $500. The deadline is September 4, 2022 to raise a minimum of $500  – at that point the H4TG team will send you party package 


All fundraisers and donors will receive a link to the live stream which will be sent out to the Virtual Party Host the week of the Gala

About Us

Here for the Girls, Inc. (H4TG) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit improving the lives of young women affected by breast cancer (diagnosed under age 51). We offer social-emotional support through services that provide personal connections and a shared experience among our members. Our research-based support model focuses on the overall well-being of our members and delivers our services through a non-clinical, peer-based approach. The result is an inclusive community based on equity and cultural humility that cultivates a sense of belonging from diagnosis, through treatment, and beyond.
