2022 Special Olympics Alaska Polar Plunge
About the Campaign
Join us for the 14th Annual Polar Plunge to support Special Olympics Alaska! Take the plunge into an ice covered Goose Lake in Anchorage with Special Olympics Alaska from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 17th and/or participate virtually at home. Our in-person plunge at Goose Lake is subject to change depending on the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, weather, thickness of ice, etc.
All participants must raise a minimum of $125 in order to take the plunge and will receive a commemorative Special Olympics Alaska 14th Annual Polar Plunge Towel! Fundraisers who raise $500 or more will receive our 14th Annual Polar Plunge Hoodie! More incentives for highest fundraiser.
All funds raised go to Special Olympics Alaska to provide over 2,000 Special Olympics Alaska athletes with year-round sports training and competition in Olympic-type sports.
