About the Flame of Hope
At our statewide tournaments, we continue to carry the Flame of Hope and light the cauldron to signify the events. As a participant in the Flame of Hope Community Runs, whether it be in person or virtually, you are Guardians of the Flame for the athletes who compete year-round for Special Olympics Michigan.
When carrying the torch in your local community or virtually, you provide hope, courage, and inspiration to those with intellectual disabilities.
You can run/jog/bike/walk/bring along Fido to any of our Flame of Hope events (listed in the blue section below) listed in the blue section below) or you can register virtually!
Find When Central Route will be near you for a chance to run a 5-mile leg!

**Adrian starting at Jackson College at 11:45 am
**Copper Harbor starting M-41 and Fanny Hoe Creek at 11:30 am

**Muskegon starting at Fricanos at 5:00 PM
