Conference Details 


The Annual Law Enforcement Torch Run Conference will be held on April 10th in Mt. Pleasant at the Courtyard by Mariott. 


We will be having a welcome reception on April 9th. There will be drinks and heavy appetizers. There is an additional fee of $50 per person to arrive on the 9th but this is a great chance to mingle! 


This conference is a great way to learn more about Law Enforcement Torch Run, get up to date details on what is happening in 2025 and meet others from around the state who are fundraising and creating awareness for the athletes.


Awards will be presented during the lunch portion of the program as well as during the annual Hall of Fame dinner banquet. 


Conference Details are as follows:


Wednesday

  • EC Meeting - Mt. Pleasant Office 
  • Welcome Reception 7:00 pm Hunters Ale House


Thursday 

  • Registration 10:00 am until 11:45 am - money can be turned in for any fundraising done thus far and you can also pick up shirts/tickets if you filled out the form
  • Lunch and Program  - includes general sessions, highlights of 2024, small awards program 
  • LETR Information 
  • Cash Bar and Auction 6:00 pm 
  • Dinner and Awards Program starting at 7:00 pm - DINNER HAS CHANGED TO BUFFET  


Friday - will be at the Mt. Pleasant SOMI Office

  • Breakfast and Merchandise Pickup starting at 9:30 am 

***Times are subject to change based on a finalized agenda. 


*** Please note it's $50 per person for Wednesday arrival even if you have double occupancy Thursday evening.

This includes housing on Wednesday and Thursday evening. This price is for a single room on both Wednesday and Thursday. It cost $50 per person for housing on Wednesday night and the $100 is for Thursday evening.

Wednesday Night Housing/Thursday Night Housing Double Occupancy

This includes housing on Wednesday and Thursday evening. This price is for double occupancy on Wednesday and Thursday evening. There will be a $50 charge per person for Wednesday night housing.

Thursday Night Housing Single Occupancy - FEE of $100
