About the Sioux Falls Polar Plunge
Polar Plunges are a unique opportunity to show your bravery as you support Special Olympics South Dakota athletes by jumping into frigid waters!
Individuals and organizations raise money to support the more than 2,750 athletes across the state.
This one-of-a-kind event is a fun atmosphere complete with music, costumes, and memories for everyone!

- Registration 11:30AM
- Plunge 1:00PM
Register by Friday, April 4th to guarantee your shirt size
There will be an After-Plunge Party at Vinyl Taco from 1:30 to 6:00 p.m. A portion of the proceeds from the Plunge Menu will go back to Special Olympics South Dakota! More details to come!
