Join Heartland Conservation Alliance and Eliza from Bird by Bird KC for a captivating morning of birding. Whether you're a seasoned birder or just curious about our feathered friends, you'll learn valuable skills! Eliza will guide you through bird identification techniques, teach you how to decipher those delightful bird calls, and help you spot new additions for your life list. 

Get ready to connect with nature and discover the vibrant avian world right here in our backyard!

Important reminders:

- Always bring a full water bottle.

- Wear weather appropriate clothing, we suggest wearing layers for comfort in varying weather conditions. 

- There are not restrooms on site, please plan accordingly.

-Bring binoculars if you have them, but no worries if you dont! We will have a few pairs of binoculars to pass around for folks who don't have their own.
