HOW CAN WE ENSURE THE NEXT GENERATION IS READY TO THRIVE IN A RAPIDLY CHANGING WORLD?

For 25 years EXP has played a crucial role in connecting industry and education to build tomorrow’s workforce and provide inclusive and equitable career opportunities to students in Southern California.

Looking forward, how can we ensure the next generation is ready to thrive in a rapidly changing world?

We invite you to breakfast and a discussion with industry and educational leaders on labor trends, the importance of preparing students for the future of work, and how we can work together to build a better workforce pipeline.

ABOUT EXP

EXP helps young people gain experience, unlock doors and build the confidence they need to succeed in school, career and life.

Our programs help schools deliver an innovative, career-based curriculum that makes classroom learning relevant and exciting. During the 2023-2024 school year, EXP programs are made available to more than 8,400 high school students at 14 Southern California high schools and select OC Pathways schools.

Our success is driven by our expertise in bringing industry and schools together to solve problems and overcome obstacles so that students from underserved communities receive access to education, experience, and opportunities. More than 800 industry leaders served as EXP volunteers, mentors, and internship hosts and contributed nearly 3,700 volunteer hours for School Year 2022-2023.

By helping schools and industry work together, EXP is changing how society prepares students for life and bringing genuine opportunity to every young person we can reach.
