Join us for this 6-hour CLE that will cover some election-law basics and access to the ballot box for all Ohioans. Option to attend for a full-day (6.0 CLE Credit Hours) or Half-Day (3.0 Credit Hours).

Cancellations

If you find you can no longer attend a program, please contact the alumni office at cmlaa.csu@gmail.com.  We would be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague or setting up a credit for a different CSULAA CLE event.

If you prefer, you may receive a full refund, less a $10 processing fee.  Any cancellations received within 3 business days of the seminar will not be eligible for a cash refund, but may still take advantage of one of the alternate options listed above.  Special full-day CLEs may have increased processing fees.

In the event that an event is cancelled a full refund will be issued.


Webinar Access
Please plan to LOG IN 5 minutes prior to the CLE start time as the CLE will begin promptly at the time indicated. After you register, the Zoom link and log in information will be emailed to you prior to the CLE to the email address that you provided during registration check out.

Requirements for CLE Credits

In order to receive CLE credit, attendees are required to:

1. Purchase the CLE you would like to receive credit for

2. Submit your Attorney Registration Number to CSULAA during the CLE registration process or via email at: cmlaacle@gmail.com

3. Participate in and/or identify the random verification prompts throughout the CLE and submit to the CSULAA during or at the end of the CLE session

4. Complete and submit to the CMLAA the CLE course evaluation at the end of the CLE session


Supreme Court Credit

All CLE courses are pending approval for Ohio CLE general credit, unless otherwise stated.  If the course has been approved for Attorney Conduct or New Lawyer Training Credit that will be indicated.

CMLAA has 30 days to close a course and report the attendee’s hours to the Ohio Supreme Court. The Court has 30 days to report the hours to your transcript.

If you would like to submit your hours for credit in another state we will provide a certificate of attendance.  Credit is subject to approval by the applicable state bar and attendee is responsible for credit submission.  We cannot guarantee CLE approval for any state other than Ohio.
