Compassion Through Fashion is a one-of-a-kind fashion show and fundraiser featuring entries made of unusual materials.

Designed by local individuals, community groups, and businesses, fashion show entries are made of at least 90% repurposed or recyclable materials and are modeled on a real runway. Entries can win one of nine judged awards, determined by a panel featuring local artists, creatives, and media personalities - Best in Show, Most Intricate, Most Wearable, Most Creative, Haute Couture, Best Themed, Most Entertaining, Avant-Garde, and Most Original. Designer-model duos can also win community awards determined by voting and donations- People's Choice and Most Funds Raised.

All proceeds benefit New Directions of Horry County and our efforts to help people recover from crises of homelessness, poverty, and addiction. In addition to the fashion show, guests can enjoy silent auction, a mystery pull wine wall, entertainment, complimentary beer, cocktails, & hors d’oeuvres.
