To everyone who participated in Folks on Spokes & Step Forward!
Hundreds of participants came together to walk and ride, raising $45k and counting for mental health and addiction recovery services.
Our community showed up with heart and determination. From the touching Remembrance Ceremony to the finish-line fun and camaraderie, it was a day filled with purpose and unity.
A special shout-out to our fundraisers, volunteers, sponsors, and donors— your support made all the difference.

Help those on the road to recovery.
Not only will you be enjoying one of Connecticut's most scenic shoreline rides, but you'll also be helping to raise funds and awareness for individuals and families in need of mental health and addiction recovery support.
Location, Location, Location!
Have we mentioned the coastal views? These custom routes have been in existence for over three decades and our cyclists love coming back to see CT's hidden gem coastal views along them. Plus, if you're coming in from out of town, Folks on Spokes' start line is just an 8-minute walk from the Milford train station, making it easy for you to join!
All riders must wear a bicycle helmet and follow safe cycling practices throughout their ride.
