Inside SDPD is a dynamic, behind-the-scenes experience that gives community members the opportunity to walk in the shoes of a police officer for just a few hours. You will have the unique opportunity to participate in use-of-force, vehicle stop, and firearms training activities. You'll also see police K-9 units in action, and experience first-hand what it's like to be a cop.

Police Plaza
Program: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m (light refreshments served from 8:40 - 9:00am)
Attire: Casual with comfortable shoes. Part of the program will be held outside.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 12 and under will not be permitted.
Parking instructions will be provided by email.
