About the Campaign
It Takes Courage is Harbor House of Central Florida's volunteer-based domestic violence prevention initiative. On a single day, hundreds of volunteers come together to hang flyers with life-saving information on doors in apartment complexes and communities throughout the City of Orlando and Orange County.
Join Harbor House, Orange County Sheriff's Office and Orlando Police Department by making a team or volunteering as an individual. Each team (8-15 people) will be assigned a specific region and will hang the provided flyers on doors with the help of a law enforcement escort. For more info, see our FAQs!

All teams will meet at the food court to check in, receive materials, and be assigned their law enforcement escort (if needed) at 8:00 AM. Door hanging is 9:00 am-12:00 pm. Parking is free at Mall of Millenia but please be prepared to carpoll to the door hanging locations.
