About the Event
Online registration is now closed. You may still purchase a ticket onsite at the park the morning of Saturday, May 6th.
As a leader in volunteerism in New Jersey, Jersey Cares increases the level of meaningful volunteer engagement by creating and managing efficient, impactful projects that address critical community-identified needs.
Help Jersey Cares continue to #bethechange with a day of activities and fun for the entire family! On Saturday, May 6th, participate in a 5k Run or walk a 1-mile course through the beautiful trails of Garret Mountain Reservation then join the Finish Line Community Celebration which includes awards, and refreshments!
This is a rain or shine event. If the event is canceled due to severe weather, refunds for registration costs will not be issued.
Schedule of Events:
- 9:00 a.m. - Registration Opens
- 9:30 a.m. - Event begins
- 11:00 a.m. - Finish Line Community Celebration
How to Get Started:
- Purchase your tickets
- FUNdraise - Create a custom fundraising page when you register. Encourage your network to donate on social media, by text, or via email.
- Spread the Word - Invite friends, family, and everyone you know to register and join the #JCFunRun2023!

- - Support the collection of school supplies, hygiene products, winter coats, and other essential items for individuals in need.
- - Help Jersey Cares recruit hundreds more volunteers to serve our communities.
- - Assist Jersey Cares in identifying struggling community organizations in need of volunteer support.
