Hands on learning - Lifesaving and rescue skills Hands only CPR and first aid - Team work and problem solving - Beach hazards and ocean safety awareness
Must be 12 years of age by the day of your session. Must be able to swim & run at least 50 yards non-stop with no assistance. Give 100% at all times!
