Please note that these classes are very popular and do sell out quickly.  We are unable to maintain a waitlist but if a spot becomes available we will post it on our social media platforms. 

On Sunday April 6th, 2025 from 9-10am, join us and our Shelter Slumber Participants at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire (ARLNH) for special Sunday morning feel-good class led by an instructor from The Yoga and Fitness Loft. This popular 60-minute gentle yoga class includes interactions with the shelter's current resident pets awaiting adoption. All proceeds from the Paws and Poses event will benefit ARLNH.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our instructor will guide you through each pose, with adjustments to suit all participants. Please bring your own yoga block and props if needed. Don't worry if you don't have a mat – we'll provide one for you!
