Facilitating For Racial Justice: A 2.5-Day Workshop for Facilitators Committed to Racial Equity in their Schools
Facilitating For Racial Justice: A 2.5-Day Workshop for Facilitators Committed to Racial Equity in their Schools
Are you looking to further your practice as a racial justice facilitator?
Are you looking to build community with other racial justice educators?
Center for Racial Justice in Education invites you to a two and a half-day training focused on building facilitator capacity to lead conversations about race and racism. We welcome school educators and leaders who are spearheading racial justice work in their schools. Together, facilitators will share stories grounded in a systemic racial analysis, engage in self-reflection using a race-equity lens, explore their racial identities, practice strategies to engage with resistance and receive feedback on facilitation. This is a unique opportunity to build with a community of racial justice educators who are leading equity work in their schools.
