Join Women United & United Way of Northwest Vermont for an evening of networking and panel discussion highlighting the power of community and relationships to support working women in Vermont. 

This transformative experience will highlight the everyday challenges of working women in Vermont through the lens of United Way’s Working Bridges Employer Collaborative. Guests will view a short film about Melissa, a Vermont woman participating in Working Bridges through her employer. Then, panelists will discuss powerful stories of real Vermont working women while the audience reflects on the challenges and opportunities our community faces to best support our female workforce.
