Special Olympics Michigan is an amazing organization that I am very proud to support.  If you have ever personally witnessed, seen video or photo's of the "athletes" that have had the opportunity to participate then you have seen the pure joy that this organization provides to those that are so deserving.  Last year, the Team from Arconic (Howmet) Whitehall operations had 42 members that took the "Plunge".  As a result, our Team raised more than $26,000 at the Muskegon Polar Plunge.  This helped the Muskegon event to raise more than $100,000 which was the most raised at any of the over 30 Polar Plunges in our State.  This year, our Team plans to be Bigger and Better.  To do this, we need the generous support of our community.
