#SimplySHINE for Clean Water
#SimplySHINE for Clean Water
One of the ways I keep myself shining is by giving to important causes, and #cleanwater is one of my passion projects. The Waterbearers have made a significant impact with a simple solution that delivers clean water, education, and training to communities in need.
I've been a part of The Waterbearers group since the start, and this is still one of my #simplygive projects. I believe we create more IMPACT when we come together to give to grassroots solutions like this one. It's how we create ripples of change, a simple way to show up as a solution for the world.
Because what matters is having #cleanwater for everyone.
Did you know that 2.1 billion people lack access to water in the home?
When water is not available, the burden lies upon women and girls to fetch water, often before dawn, putting them at risk. And even then, the water is not safe to drink.
The Waterbearers programs empower women through water by providing filters and training so the water they collect is safe for their families to drink. They travel to remote parts of the world to make clean water accessible – one community at a time.
Please help me support The Waterbearers by making a donation through this campaign, with either a single contribution or monthly tax-deductible donation. (Imagine giving clean water to women every month for the price of a lunch out. Each $50 filter delivers clean water to 100 people for up to 10 years!)
The process is fast, easy and secure. Thanks so much for your support... and please send this page to any friends you think might be interested in donating!

P.S. Take the one-bucket challenge any day (not just World Water Day) to increase your awareness of how much water you actually use. The numbers may surprise you...
