Charlene Denise Allen Barnes touched many lives during her lifetime. She was a selfless individual who went above and beyond for everyone. Charlene's infectious smile and loving hugs will be missed immensely by those who knew and loved her the most. Charlene suffered from mental health disorders over her lifetime.
