Tiana was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes 5 years ago on 8/9/2016.   It has changed our lives forever. We have had so many sleepless nights and scary days when her blood sugar is too low or too high.  We follow all the doctor's recommendations and Type 1 diabetes can still be difficult to manage.  We pray every day for a cure so Tiana doesn't have to live with this burden.
