I am getting back on the bike!  It's been a year since we last did this together....me on the bike, you donating tons and tons of $$!!  Let's do it again!

 I am joining Janne and so many other awesome humans on a 520 mile charity bike ride from Boston to Washington, D.C.  I am joining for the Greenwich, CT to Philadelphia portion of the ride....maybe I'll continue on if work allows and someone steps in with some large donation and makes it a condition!  I haven't been on my bike since May....stupid Susan....but I am so looking forward to it.  Those of you who followed along last year know that it was an incredible experience for me.  I had not challenged myself physically like that in a long time and I was not expecting it to be the most enjoyable thing I had done in years.  I also didn't realize how competitive I still am(refused to ever be the last one in for the day and the high of raking in more donations each day really fed my ego).  

It's been a shitty 18 months for all of us and it is in times like these that we truly realize how vital NextStep's services are for the health and wellness of their clients. Please join me in helping to provide HOPE AFTER PARALYSIS to the 6 Million Americans that need our support. 

NextStep's in-person benefits have been cancelled since the start of Covid and they constitute 70% of our fundraising budget. Therefore it is vital that we are successful in reaching our fundraising goal. No donation is too small and thank you in advance!  Love the likes on all my posts to come, but like the $$ more!  Let's do this!
