This September, I am joining Janne and others for 1 day of their 520 mile charity bike ride from Boston to Washington, D.C. I'll be riding 30+ miles from Greenwich, CT to NYC. While not the most mileage, this may be one of the most "technical" sections of the ride. 

It is difficult for us to ask for donations during these uncertain times, but NextStep needs our help more now than ever.  It is in times like these that we truly realize how vital NextStep's services are for the health and wellness of their clients. Please join me in helping to provide HOPE AFTER PARALYSIS to the 6 Million Americans that need our support. 

NextStep's in-person benefits have been canceled since the start of Covid and they constitute 70% of their fundraising budget. Therefore it is vital that we are successful in reaching our fundraising goal. No donation is too small and thank you in advance!
