Through my local USCRI office, I've become involved with an opportunity to make a real, hands-on difference in peoples' lives- the lives of families coming in from Afghanistan to Cleveland, Ohio.  I can attest to the fact that these people aren't just "news"; they are real families, many with (bright, adorable) children, and hopes and dreams, just like the rest of us. 

I've had the honor of meeting some of these families- who welcomed me as much as I welcomed them. 

The USCRI Cleveland field office is incredible. Again- I can attest to their honesty, passion, and transparency. They are the "real deal."
