I was adopted from the NHSPCA 4 years ago and I loved my home but my owner had to give me up.  Since coming back to the shelter I have been adopted and returned three different times because of my hound behavior.  Its not my fault I love food so much, I'm just a hound through and through. 

The staff and volunteers are great at the shelter. They take me on walks every day and make sure I'm cared for. I even get to be taken off-site to events and meet lots of people as the dog ambassador of the NHSPCA. Though the shelter is very comfortable, I do remember what a real home feels like and I would really like a family of my own. I hate feeling unwanted, but I just know that the nice people at the NHSPCA will continue to care for me and help me find the perfect home for me. 

I want to fundraise for Paws Walk this year to help all the senior animals like me find homes to live out their golden years. The NHSPCA will take in any animal in need regardless of age or health condition.  

 Each year, thousands of homeless animals come to the New Hampshire SPCA in need of lifesaving care while they wait for their forever homes. Your donation helps give them a second chance. Here’s a look at how your gift may be used:

$25 – Helps pay for vaccinations for a stray cat or dog
$50 – Helps pay to transport an animal from an overcrowded shelter
$75 – Provides low-cost spay/neuter services to a family who couldn’t otherwise afford it
$100 – Provides behavioral training for an animal to help them find a home more quickly
$250 – Helps provide lifesaving surgery to an animal in need
$500 – Helps provide rescue teams with the resources they need to save lives
