I need your help! Currently, I am training for the Murph Challenge. Never heard of it before!? Neither did I. The Murph Challenge is a Memorial Day tribute to our fallen soldiers. It consists of a mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups and 300 squats followed by another mile run ALL while wearing a 20lb vest!!

In tribute to those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms, and also to support the champions at Rochester MNTC, seeking hope and freedom from addiction, I am asking for you to please consider a pledge or donation.
