Thanks for visiting my Doggy Dash fundraising page!
Hi everyone!
I have been an active volunteer at the Sacramento SPCA for 20 years. I am passionate about helping homeless animals in our community.
Although most of you know me as a ‘cat person’ (the picture on my fundraising page is of me and my cat Chester - he was adopted from the shelter in 2014), one of my favorite events is the annual Doggy Dash. This year’s Dash is the 31st annual event and will be at William Land Park on Saturday, April 20th. The Doggy Dash is the Sacramento SPCA’s largest fundraiser, where thousands of people and their dogs join together for a fun day that includes a 2k/5k walk, a ‘Bark in the Park’ pet festival, vendors, food, games, demos and meeting adoptable dogs.
Here's what your donation can accomplish:
- $35 will provide a day's food & shelter for 1 animal
- $50 will provides microchips for 5 animals
- $100 provides rabies vaccines for 5 animals
- $250 provides spay/neuter surgeries for 3 community cats
See what we were able to accomplish in 2023!
Over the past 6 years, I have personally raised nearly $14,000 in support of this event. Because of the generous support of family and friends, my fundraising total last year was an incredible $3,154! This year, I hope I can surpass that amount.
Please help me support the Sacramento SPCA by making a donation through my page.
The process is fast, easy and secure. Thanks so much for your support of the animals!
