Let's end the HIV epidemic in Illinois by 2030!
Let's end the HIV epidemic in Illinois by 2030!
I know that connecting individuals to vital HIV treatment, prevention and housing support will help our communities thrive and get us closer to zero new cases of HIV.
Getting to Zero is a plan built to improve the lives of all Illinoisans. From health care access to equity and social justice, among many other impactful initiatives, this plan will help not only end the HIV epidemic but also better prepare us for current and future health care crises like COVID-19. As a Community Direct partner, my organization, Public Health Institute of Metropolitan Chicago (PHIMC), will directly receive 90% of your donations to our team.
Learn more about PHIMC's HIV prevention and treatment work here -- including Routine HIV Screening, suburban Cook County's Regional Implementation Group for HIV prevention, and the Community Reentry Project which supports justice-involved individuals with and at risk for HIV.
Please help us get to zero by making a donation through my fundraising page for AIDS Run & Walk Chicago 2024. Step by step, each donation, no matter the size, will help me achieve my goal! Will you join me in supporting individuals living with and vulnerable to HIV by donating to my page today?
I'm fundraising to change the story of HIV in our neighborhoods and our nation. Will you support my efforts and join this movement?
THANK YOU!
