I am excited to be a Dancer and contestant in this year's Dancing with the Stars: Charlotte! This will be the 9th Season of DWTS Charlotte and through generous philanthropy and donations, they have made a huge impact in the global fight against breast cancer and other very worthy causes.

As a survivor of multiple brain tumors and having worked in the cancer healthcare industry for over 25 years, I know how important this cause is for all involved... either as a survivor or a family member of someone who is fighting the battle. Both of my grandmothers are breast cancer survivors, as well and everyone has been touched by cancer in some aspect of life. 

It is for this reason that I am dancing! In doing so, I will be raising money for some amazing organizations like the Go Jen Go Foundation, The Katie Blessing Center and the Novant Agnes Binder Weisiger Breast Health Center.
