Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!
I am extremely grateful and honored to participate in the 9th Dancing with the Stars of Charlotte as one of the Dancers. This wonderful opportunity will allow me to join forces with other amazing individuals to support two important causes: adolescent and teen mental health, and breast cancer awareness.
I am raising funds for three organizations: the Go Jen Go Foundation, Novant Agnes Binder Weisiger Breast Health Center, and The Katie Blessing Center. Two of these organizations specifically focused on providing support to breast cancer patients. As most families have, I have been affected by the loss of my Aunt Ella to breast cancer. Everyday I recognize that this disease could impact my loved ones in the future, including my wife, mother, sister, aunts, cousins, and close friends, for this reason, I am so happy to give back to these organizations.
The Katie Blessing Center is the cause that motivated me to participate in this event. This organization is dedicated to providing mental healthcare to adolescents and teens in the Charlotte area, regardless of their economic status. The need for mental health support has been on the rise over the years, and especially so since the COVID-19 pandemic. This cause is particularly close to my heart as my family has personally experienced the impact of depression and the tragic loss of my brother to suicide over 20 years ago.
I invite you to join me and the other Stars in raising funds for these three important causes. Together, we will dance the night away on stage in March 2025, while making a significant impact through our fundraising efforts. No donation is too small, and every contribution will directly benefit all three causes. If you know anyone who may be interested in supporting these causes, please share the donation link with them.
