I figured if I was going to put myself through another half marathon, I might as well do some good while I'm at it... I'm excited to be running the NYC Half Marathon with Housing Works on March 16, 2025! Housing Works has a mission of ending homelessness and AIDS through relentless advocacy, lifesaving services, and entrepreneurial businesses that sustain their efforts. 

When I considered starting PrEP years ago, I was lost on where to start, who to talk to, what questions to ask, what my options were, etc. Housing Works was a great resource for not only providing more information, but also providing free health (primary care and routine PrEP appointments) services to the young and broke 23 year-old I was.

I am so excited to be running my second half marathon, getting to run it in the greatest city, all for an organization that provides crucial, necessary resources and services for the LGBTQ+ community.
