Dear friends and family,

In June, I will once again be playing 100 holes in Golf Fights Cancer's 2025 Golf Marathon, a unique fundraising event that combines a love of golf and the desire to give back. Golfers of all skill levels play 100 holes to support cancer-related organizations. 

This year, its personal, and it hurts; I lost three very special people in a matter of three very short months to cancer; my beautiful mother Mary Lou, my favorite father in law Bob, and my mentor and dear friend Peter.  I will be playing in their memory to raise funds for Marisa's Mission.  Marisa's Mission supports families, inspires hope, and achieves positive outcomes for so many impacted by cancer by removing financial barriers and providing emotional support during treatment.  Mary Lou, Bob, and Peter were blessed to have the love and support of their families, and especially their spouses Bob, Lee, and Sara, to care and comfort them in their final days, and I will play in their honor also.

Thanks to events like the Golf Marathon, GFC has donated $14.5 million in grants to over 85 different cancer-related charities, including Marisa's Mission and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, supporting Dr. Wen at the Center for Neuro-Oncology. I am proud to be part of this effort and appreciate your support.  

I know I have 3 angels in heaven cheering me on (by the way angels, a hole in one would be nice one of these days, just sayin) and I truly appreciate all your support.
