By entering, you acknowledge that you are subject to the below terms and conditions and agree that you may be contacted by Apple Vacations, Hyatt Inclusive Collection, World of Hyatt/Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Amstar DMC, and/or Boscov’s Travel Center.

Hyatt inclusive Collection Prize Letter Terms & Conditions:

One (1) Winner will receive a complimentary resort stay certificate valid for 3-night(s) hotel stay at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun including resort taxes. Accommodations are for two adults in the lead in room category.

Winner can choose to upgrade to a higher room category upon check in, at an additional cost.

Blackout dates include, but are not limited to: Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas, New Years and Presidents Day. You must make a reservation to guarantee space as availability changes daily. Reservations must be made a minimum of 120

days prior to arrival for travel January-April and 30 days prior to travel for May-December.

Reservations are subject to complimentary allotment and may not be available even if rooms are

available on the brand specific website or through another travel provider. Certificate is

non-transferable, holds no cash value and cannot be extended. Ground transportation, room

charges incurred, spa treatments, telephone calls, incidentals and all other additional expenses

are not included. Travel must be completed by 10/6/2025 and is based on availability.

The resort will attempt to accommodate winner's preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will

be at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Your prize includes round trip Private Transportation for 2 adults from CUN to Secrets Maroma

Apple Vacations Prize Letter Terms & Conditions:

Your prize includes (2) two roundtrip air seats on an Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flight.

TRAVEL PERIOD: October 7, 2024 – October 6, 2025 (no extensions permitted)

From any Apple Vacations Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flight Gateway* to Cancun, Mexico (CUN) for 3 nights

Prize open to U.S. Residents 21 years of age and older. Must possess a valid U.S. Passport at time of booking.

Rules, Guidelines & Amenities

1. Your completed form and W-9 must be sent by email to applevacationspromotions@applelg.net 45 days or less prior to

departure and no less than 14 days prior to departure.

2. Reservations must be made through the Apple Vacations Promotions Department. We regret that Apple Vacations is unable to

accept reservation requests by phone or in person. Trip is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Apple Vacations reserves the right to substitute the vacation with another on charter air should any unforeseen circumstance

occur. If winner contacts airline, trip will be forfeited in full. Winner must be 21 years or older and travel with a valid passport.

ALG Vacations and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts staff and family members are not eligible to win or travel.

3. The winner and guest must travel on the same dates, same reservation number and flights – no deviations allowed.

4. All departure and arrival taxes and Trip Mate Travel Protection Part B (approximately $100 - $250 per person, subject to change)

will be advised by Apple Promotional Bookings and must be paid by the traveler to Apple Vacations prior to departure within the

time stated on your confirmation email. Air carrier baggage charges are the responsibility of the traveling passenger. Any

optional service fees including seat selection, meals, and drinks are not included.

5. Allow an average of 1-2 weeks to receive a confirmation on your trip.

6. Once all fees are paid, Apple Vacations will email travel documents for charter flight once payment has been received. No

changes can be made once confirmed. A cancellation will result in the forfeiture of this certificate.

7. Restricted dates of travel include: 5 days prior to and after holidays such as Spring Break, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas,

New Years, and other U.S. government holidays (i.e. Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, etc.). Trips are

subject to availability and blackout dates. Additional restrictions may apply.

8. The parties are acting as independent contractors with respect to each other. Neither party undertakes by this Agreement, or

otherwise, to perform any obligation of the other party. Neither party shall be construed as an employee, agent, legal

representative, partner or joint venture of the other, or acting as the agent of the other in any respect, all other provisions of this

Agreement, notwithstanding. Neither party shall have the authority to contract for or bind the other in any manner and shall not

represent itself as an agent of the other party or as otherwise authorized to act for or on behalf of the other party.
