This team's leader, Victor O'Brien, is adopted and needed a lot of "bumpers" to get started early in his life. Without the support of adoptive parents and countless quiet, compassionate voices that showed support, he would not be where he is today.

With this in mind, he supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas as both a Big Brothers to a young male and president of the Big Impact Group that supports the agency.

BBBS serves children in Travis, Hays and Williamson counties who often have the odds stacked against them.
